Some leading historians now suggest that the Nazi Party’s agenda of racial purity may have been inspired by the Democratic Party’s agenda of racial supremacy. The striking similarities between what happened to Jews under the rule of Germany’s Nazi Party versus what happened to blacks in states that were under the rule of the Democratic Party, are worth noting. The following are a few of those similarities:
    Oppression
From 1933 to 1945 the Nazi Party oppressed millions of Jews (12 years). From 1792 to 1964, the Democratic Party oppressed millions of blacks (172 years).
    Racist Legislation
The Nazi Party passed racist legislation to deny Jews their rights as citizens. The Democratic Party also passed racist legislation to deny black their rights as citizens. The Democrat’s legislative accomplishments include: Fugitive Slave Laws, Black Codes, Jim Crow Laws, the Repeal Act of 1894 and a multitude of other repressive legislation at the federal and state level.
    Education
The Nazi Party refused to let Jewish children attend public schools with German children. The Democratic Party refused to let black children attend school with white children (and openly supported the Board of Education in Topeka Kansas in the case of Brown v the Board of Education).
    Forced Labor
The Nazi Party forced Jews to work in labor camps giving them nothing or little in return. During slavery, Democrats used Fugitive Slave Laws and later during Reconstruction, they used Black Codes to force blacks to work for their former slave masters.
    Denied Citizenship
Under Nazi rule, the party took away the Jew’s citizenship. Under Democratic rule, Democrats exhausted every effort to deny blacks their Constitutional Rights as citizens starting with the Dred Scott decision, the Slaughter House Case, Plessy v. Ferguson and by collectively voting against the 13th, 14th and 15th amendments.
    Forbidding Intermarriage
Under Nazi rule, Jews were prohibited from marrying Germans. Under the Democratic rule (using Black Codes and other legislation) blacks were prohibited from marrying whites.
    Businesses Taken & Destroyed
The Nazi Party confiscated and/or destroyed Jewish businesses. Southern Democrats also confiscated land and destroyed black businesses (1867-1945). According to an Associated Press investigation, blacks in regions under Democrat control lost over two million acres of land. Noted historians also report that in Democratic controlled regions several middle class black communities were burned to the ground. Those communities included: Wilmington, North Carolina; Rosewood, Florida, and the Greenwood district in Tulsa, Oklahoma, just to name a few.
    Synagogues and Churches Destroyed
Under Nazi rule, synagogues were destroyed.
Under Democratic rule, several black churches were burned and bombed during a 172-year period (1792 to 1964).
    Terrorist Activities & Murder
The Nazi Party used their SS division to terrorize and murder Jews at random. The Democratic Party also used their terrorist divisions (including the Klan) to terrorize and murder blacks at random.
    Hatred
The Nazi Party used education and literature to promote hatred against Jews. The Democratic Party and the Klan used political campaigns to promote hatred against blacks (and later, targeted Jews, Catholics, and homosexuals).
    Political Offices
Under Nazi rule Jews were prohibited from running for public office. Under Democratic rule, blacks were beaten, killed, and driven out of office to discourage others from seeking public office. The first black to be elected to Congress in a Democratic controlled state was Barbara Jordan in 1973, 181 years after the Party was formed.
    Destruction of Lives
The Nazi Party took the lives of millions of Jews during a 12-year period using legislation and terrorist activities. Democrats used slavery, the Ku Klux Klan and racist legislation to accomplish the same over a 172 year period (1792 to 1964).
    Torture
The Nazi Party through their SS division tortured millions of Jews. The Democratic Party through their courts and their terrorist organizations, tortured, hung, shot, mutilated, and burned to death, millions of blacks.
    Apology
Eventually the Jews did receive an apology. However the records will show that the Democratic Party has never issued an apology for the atrocities that they committed against blacks, even though they have received requests from the Appellant to do so. Instead, they are spending thousands of dollars in attorney fees to avoid issuing such an apology.

According to experts and historians, fear and terror were the ultimate goals of the Democrats and their terrorist organizations. They would terrorize and brutalized blacks so that the infectious fear of whites would be passed on to other blacks. It was also passed on to children through their protective parents, thus making black parents “Innocent Agents” of the Democrat’s racist agenda to keep blacks in their place. See Smith v State, 21 Tex.App. 107 17 S.W. 552; State v. Carr, 28 Or. 389, 42 P. 215 regarding Innocent Agents.

For several hundred years, few have dared or cared enough to speak on behalf of the millions of blacks whose voices were silenced with the Democrat’s fatal weapon of racism. This Reparation lawsuit is my effort to honor them and permit their voices to be heard from the grave.

    BEGINNING OF RACISM

VOLUME ONE: CHAPTER ONE: THE ANCIENT BEGINNINGS OF RACISM
The earliest form of racism may have been introduced and practiced by wandering barbariansfrom Erasia, who spoke a variety of languages before the Black Aryan (Indo-Aryan) languages ofIndia was taught to them. These barbarians wereCaucasian for the most part, although there were Black chiefs among them, according to ChancellorWilliams in his book, The Destruction of Black Civilization (Third World Press, Chicago; 1976).Later, after the influence of the Black Dravidi-ans, Black Tartars and other Black Negroid and Australoid types who lived in Asia in ancient times(and who still do today), the barbarians learned various skills, including how to hitch horses tocarriages and how to ride horses for purposes ofwar. These techniques learned from the Blacksof Asia was used to invade the ancient Black civilizations of the region. India was one of thefirst to be infiltrated, followed by other Black civilizations to the south, including Mesopotamiaand Egypt.Between 2000 B.C. to about 1500 B.C., wavesof the northern barbarians invaded India. All did not enter ancient India as an invasion force, sincethey were not militarily strong enough to defeat the mighty Black armies of the ancient EthiopicDravidian Indians. In fact, many barbarians came in trickles, looking for food and lodging in what was one of the greatest Black civilizonson earth, and one of the most ancient. Long before the infiltrations of the aliens, India's wealth, culture, architecture, civilization was legendary. The ancient Indians belonged to the Kushsite African race, still numerious in awide area of the globe, spread from India in theEast to Senegal in the West. Of this group of ancient Blacks, the Naga People were and stillare the largest subgroup of the Kushitic speakingbranch of the Black African race. In fact, the Nagas still retain the title "Naga" in various forms throughout Africa and South Asia eventoday. There are many examples of the term "Naga"still being used to describe various groups in Africa and Asia, who are all of the Kushitic branch of the Black African race. For example, the Blacks of West Africa were called "Nugarmar-ta." "Nagomina" is the name of a tribe from West Africa, who were part of a series of greatcivilizations which existed in the region before 1000 B.C. The "Naga," are another group of people related to India's Naga people, who livein various parts of East Africa and in the nationof Sudan, the original homeland of all Naga and other Kushitic Black peoples. The word"Nahas" is another word for "Nubian." Namesof tribes and nationalities such as "Nuer," "Nuba,""Nubian" are all related to the Naga tribes of India and South Asia.Long before the barbarians infiltrated India, the Blacks (Naga, Negrito, Negroid and all thosebelonging to the Negroid-Australoid Black race, as well as pure Negritic racial types ruled Indiaas well as a substantial portion of Asia fromArabia to China and the South Pacific, as wellas the Indian Ocean region. In India, the Blacksbuilt one of the world's most magnificient andglorious civilizations. This civilization had been developing since about 6000 years Before Christ. The magnificent cities of Harrappa andMohenjo-daro are two of the many cities builtby these Blacks. These cities cover large regions of Northern India and Pakistan.Wayne Chandler explains in the book, AfricanPresence in Early Asia (edt. by Ivan Van Sertima,Transaction Publishers, Newbruinswick, NJ; 1985,p. 83), "The Jewel in the Lotus: The EthiopianPresence in the Indus Valley Civilization," "Mohenjo-daro and Harrappa, the greatest examples of Harrappan architecture were builtbetween 3000 B.C. and 2500 B.C.; these mas-terpieces of Harappan city planning were the culmination of towns and villages which date from 6000 B.C. to 7000 B.C."

India's ancient original Blacks (and much of today's Black Indians...Nagas...Black Dalits) belong to the same Negritic race of today. Even India's Pygmy types such as the Andaman Islanders are related to the Pygmies of Africa. The connections between the Blacks of India and those of Africa are so close, that even the namesgiven to the various Naga peoples of India and those of Africa are close in sound. For examplegroups in parts of Sudan are called Nagas, whereas in India, Black groups with racial features similar to the people of Sudan are alsocalled Nagas. The languages spoken by the Nagas and other Dravidians such as Telegu, Malayalam, Kanada and others are related to the Kushitelanguages of East Africa, such as Gala and those spoken by the Nilotic peoples. Moreover,it seems that these languages spread far beyondIndia into Cambodia and South China in the East to West Africa in the West. Kushitic speaking people migrated in both directions.THE EARLY BEGINNINGS OF CASTE, COLOR CONSCIOUSNESS AND RACISM IN ANCIENT INDIARacism against India's ancient Blacks who founded the Indus Valley civilizations over fourthousand years Before Christ, began after barbarians from Eurasia infiltrated the IndusValley. These barbarians came from the northern parts of Eurasia and from the north-west and spread into northern India, some migrated to parts of Europe and the MiddleEast, where they encountered more Blackcivilizations. The barbarians were not militarily strongerthan the advanced and militarily superior Blacks of the Indus Valley. In fact, accordingto Drucilla Dungee Houston, in her book Wonderful Ethiopians of the Ancient CushiteEmpire (1985, p. 221)"An ancient treatise tells of the earlyCushite element, that they adornedtheir dead with gifts, with rainment, and ornaments, imagining thereby that they shall attain the world to come. Their ornaments were bronzecopper and gold. One non-Aryan chief described this race (the Blacks)as of fearful swiftness, unyielding in battle, in color like a dark blue cloud. This old type is represented today by the compact masses of the south. These Dravidians constitute forty-sixmillions (during the 1920's; today however they are over 800 millionBlack Dalits, Tribals, Backward castesand Scheduled Castes). They repre-sent the unmixed Cushite Type. Allthe rest of the blood of India is heavi-ly mixed with this strain." (D.D. Hous-ton, Black Classics Press, BaltimoreMD) When the barbarians infiltrated into India, theymay not have invaded in a massive sweep, forsurely, they would have been wiped out by the invincible Naga armies who were well equipped, strong and fierce as mentioned above. Yet, it seems that from the beginning, their objectivewas to take over the glorious lans of the Nagasand other Blacks of India. According to Al Bash-am, the Blacks of India were described by the invaders as "dark and illfavored, bull lipped, snubnosed woshippers of the phallus....they are richin cattle and dwell in fortified places called pur."It is interesting to note that the dwelling place ofthe Pharaoh was also called "Pur-o" from whichthem name "pharaoh" originated. In his booklet, "Nagaloka: The Fractured and Forgotten Glory of the Bahujan Indians," by M. Gopinath (April 14, 1998), he explains that theAryans arrived in India about 2000 years B.C.In fact, their descendants still exist in India amongthe Bramins and Banias (Banias are among the Blackest of Blacks). These vagrant migrants (the ancient invaders) arrived in ancient India (Naga-mandla) looking for food and shelter. The Nagakings allowed them to settle in the Naga king-doms, gave them food and allowed them to usethe land for their wellbeing.Soon afterwards however, the Blacks were repaid by the barbarians with violence and the eventual takeover of their lands. Gopinath statesclearly in the book, Nagaloka (April, 1998), thatin Nagamandla, the Aryan aliens felt insecure, and feared that their positions would be loweredeven more than they had been. They began to devide and cause strife and discord among the Naga tribes, in order to gain a dominant foothold(sounds farmiliar?). Their tricks brought about enmity between the various Naga kingdoms ( people of WestAfrica, Sudan, and other parts of the world who continue to kill each other over the religious beliefs of others should take note). Gopinath's point that the aliens felt "insecure in their posi-tions," clearly underscores the major point ofthis book, which is, those who claim to be "superior," may actually feel inferior and there-fore, they have devised racist and evil meansto oppress others in order to keep themselvesat the top.Gopinath states that many of these raids wereled by these Aryan infiltrators, who helped destroygreat cities such as Harappa and Mohenjo-daro.The result was the weakening of the Naga kings.Soon their kingdoms fell under the control of thebarbarians. The caste system was introducedto further devide and controle the Black Naga people, while the Aryans established themselvesat the very top, with full control over all the rest of the Naga people. In fact, the Aryans called them-selves, "Bhoodevatas," or "Gods of the Earth,"Gopinath explains, (Nagaloka, The FracturedHistory and Forgotten Glory of the Bahujan Indians, compiled by M. Gopinath, Dalit SahityaSanghatane, Bangalore, India)

THE NAGA'S FIGHT AGAINST THE RACIST "VARNA" COLOR RACISM OF INDIA
A large majority of the Naga People refused tobe dragged into the evil, racist 'varna' or colorand caste apartheid introduced by the barbarians. These Nagas fought the system and were classi-fied as outcastes, unapproachables, untouchablesand unseeables. The color of skin of the Nagapeople being the glorious black complexion and a devine blessing by the sun, which they consi-dered an honor, was considered repugnant to the albino colored invaders. Thus, to touch a person classified as "untouchable" was consi-dered repugnant by the albino colored invaders. The name "untouchable" also meant that the original Black Nagas were outside of the caste system and were (and still are) its greatestopponents and enemies. The barbarians whoinvaded India and introduced the "varna" or color and caste system which devided and gradedthe various Naga tribes and other Indians into various levels of power, had poluted some of the pure black Naga people, creating variousstrata of color ranging from fair to black skinned. In fact, their system was the world's very firstsystem of apartheid, Jim Crow and color racism.V.T. Rajshekar lists the levels of the racistcaste system in his book, Dalit: The Back Un-touchables of India (Clarity Press, Atlanta; 1987,p. 56) as:

    BUDDHA A BLACK REVOLUTIONARY

    BUDDHA : FIRST BLACK REVOLUTIONARY

The first recorded Black revolutionary in History is the Buddha who fought racism which started in India and the lecture is Buddha was the First Black Revolutionary.
The Buddha Shakymuni Budda did not speak Sankrit but he spoke Prakrit. Sanskrit was and is a racist language

W hen one speaks of African ethnicity, race instantly becomes a controversial subject if the subject speaks favorable of Black people or challenges the prevailing Euro-Centric thoughts in our society

Reading the story of the Buddha has always been synonymous to a Hollywood movie or reading a fairy tale. The Buddha story has been as unreal as watching a white Cleopatra or Columbus discovering an inhabited country occupied with millions of people. Discovering the story of the Black Buddha is like discovering a conspiracy. Once honest people discover a conspiracy honest people want the truth told.

If an African/American ask a priest about the ethnicity of Shakyamuni the question is an honest and respectful question that deserves to be answered. When a White person responds to the question of Shakyamuni's ethnicity by being defensive of White historians of their deleting the Black heritage of Shakyamuni out of history and answers the question with a question What difference does it make presents the white person in a prejudice or racist context. The question of Shakyamuni's ethnicity does make a difference to African and African/Americans
Japanese people protect and preserve their history and traditions, Jewish people protect their history, white people protect their history. Slavery and racism shattered Black history and today Black people are fighting to correct our place in history. Black people have a Buddhist history and we should be only proud to express that history without feeling ashamed or characterized as a racist because we take pride in our Buddhist history.

Buddhism is a religion that started in neither Japan, or China, but is a religion that is practiced by millions of people in Asia. It is historically clear that Buddhism started in the Continent of India. The first inhabitants of India were Black people who migrated from Ethiopia some 50,000 years ago. These Blacks from Africa are known today as Dravidians. There are two types of Blacks from Africa. One had broad features and wooly hair (Nubian) and the other had the aquiline nose and straight hair, both were early descendents from African. These early decents from Africa created perhaps the first civilizations of mankind and if they were not the first they certainly was one of the first civilizations of mankind. The civilization was called the Indus Valley civilization, in the area today known as Pakistan.

These early Blacks perfected a way to make iron rust proof.

One example when you read about Indiathe word Aryan is used to describe the Barbarians from the North who attacked theindigenous Indians. The indigenous Indians were Black people known asDravidians. When using words like savage, and un-educated white people attackedBlack people the writings gets kind of personal.

One of the oldest white documents in the word is the Rig Veda, however if you areBlack do not get too excited about the Rig Veda. The Rig Veda began as songsbefore white people could write and eventually the songs or hymn were writtendown to form the ancient writings called the Rig Veda. Most historians call thesewhite people Indo-Europeans. It is very difficult to visualized India using wordslike Indo-Europeans, to understand clearly we simply use the words Black andWhite. This Rig Veda was the fountainhead of all the sacred knowledge in India
The Brahmanism Was Worst Than Slavery In America

The white Christians used Christianity or at lease got the Roman Catholic Churchto sanction Black slavery in America. Whites in America had to prove that Blackpeople were not human so whites hid the history of ancient Black civilizations. Some white Christians fought against slavery like John brown.

In discussing the matter ofShakyamuni, people ask the question what difference does it make? On writer fromthe news group wrote that people of that era never looked upon race that long ago. We at Proud Buddhist must add that the newsgroup member was living in a fairytale and obvious not honest. Two thousand five hundred ago Blacks and whites were mortal enemies in India , at the time fighting was more tribal than racial. History reveal barbaric tribes from the north defeating and occupying Northern India. The Rig Veda the oldest writings of white people talk of savage battles between Blacks and whites. When whites came to India writings and the dominate Black cultured disappeared. Negative writings of the Rig Veda gives us an indication of the circumstances in India and how changes came about in India.

In the year 500 B.C.E. India was not an aggregate continent dominated only bywhite people or Indo-Europeans. In that day many major and minor kingdomsexisted. White people had kingdoms and Black people had kingdoms. Kingdomstraded respected each other until a war ensued and perhaps one Kingdom wouldabsorb another kingdom or tribe. In 500 B.C. E. there were many kingdomsthroughout India. Many writings reveal that Shakyamuni's father was the King ofa warrior class in a minor Kingdom call Kapilavastu in southern Nepal.

There are white people and Japanese people who have attempted to make me feelbad by my bringing out the racial ethnicity of Shakyamuni. No matter what WhiteHistorians may say or write about Shakyamuni's race please understandShakyamuni's spirit and the racist conditions that existed during his day and today. As I had written earlier white people in India are perhaps the first recorded racistsin history and the Buddha fought white racism that is why I describe him as the firstBlack revolutionary in History because he is recorded as the first Black to fightracism. In India when the whites or Aryans came to finally dominate India (middleages) they instituted a racist system the worst in all humanity that even exist today.Black people in India came under the caste system, a pretty name that does notevoke emotions
If you are Black in India you are the equivalent to; for (lack of a better word) shit (Feces). In India the caste system made you synonymous to shit (Feces). The caste system was much more harsh than slavery in America and it is a despicable system

First and foremost the site of a Black was despicable to a white person and Blacks were only allowed to come out at night, it was polluting to even walk on the shadow of a Black person in India. Black people under the caste system could not wear new clothes, but only clothes from corpse or dead people. Black people in India had to eat from broken plates. To add further insult to their indignity they had to tie a broom around their butt (rear end) to cover their tracks to not let a white man know they have traveled a path. Not only that, they had to travel with a cup around their neck in case they spitted so the spit would not touch the ground that a white mad traveled. Everything about Black was polluting in the eyes of white people. These mis treated humans had to even beat a drum to let whites know they were coming.

The question that whitepeople ask is what difference does it make that the Buddha was Black or White? The answer is axiomatic, in India it does make a difference if you are Black orwhite. The difference is that of a freeman and a slave, a rich man and a poor man,an educated man and an un-educated man. The difference is fortune andmisfortune. The account of the Buddha appearing Black in a hostile environmentlike India gives some reason why Buddhism declined in India.

All of this double talk is foolish; Whites in India simply kicked out anything Black or favorable to Black people.

White historians maliciously deleted the contributions of African people out ofhistory and this great lie creates confusion in our society. The slanting of historycauses ignorance and prejudice in humans.
In order for Africanslavery to be sanctioned by the Roman Catholic Church White people had to liethat African people were not human without a history. Resulting White peoplewrote African people out of Ancient World history and the contributions of AncientBlacks to civilization was simply changed or deleted. Perhaps the writer of the Book Buddhism A History did not read about the Black Buddha and in his thesis he could not account for decline of Buddhism because he could not factor in the BlackBuddha because hundreds of years before his book the fact the Black Buddha was deleted..

In the African/American community we who practice Buddhism today are lookedupon as outcasts practicing a strange oriental religion. When Islam was introducedto African/Americans in the 1940's Black Muslims could proudly tell Black peoplethat their fore parents practiced Islam in Africa before whites made them slaves. We who are African/American or Black do have a Black Buddhist heritage.

Do you know that the first Shogun of Japan was a Black man by the name of Sakanouye no Tamuramaro? He was a warrior symbolized in Japanese history as "a paragon of military virtues". Sakanouye no Tamuramaro helped the Japanese fight the aborigine people of Japan called Ainu. Ainu traditions tell of "race of Black dwarfs" or Koropokguru which inhabited Japan before the coming of the Ainu. In 791 a battle of the Ainu and Japanese was taking place and the Japanese emperor Kwammu (782-806) summoned Sakanouye no Tamuramaro an "African Warrior". After defeating the Ainu and providing services through-out his career in 797 he was named "Sei-i Tai-Shogun" .

    BLACKS DONT READ

    ZUUJAWQMR
    BLACKS DON'T READ.

    Please Note:

For those of you who heard it, this is the article Dee Lee was reading
this morning on a New York radio station. For those of you who didn't
hear it, this is very deep and true! BLACKS DON'T READ. This is a heavy
piece and a Caucasian wrote it.

THEY ARE STILL OUR SLAVES we can continue to reap profits from the
Blacks without the effort of physical slavery. Look at the current
methods of containment that they use on themselves: IGNORANCE, GREED,
    and SELFISHNESS.

Their IGNORANCE is the primary weapon of containment. A great man once
said, 'The best way to hide something from Black people is to put it in
a book." We now live in the Information Age. They have gained the
opportunity to read any book on any subject through the effor ts of
    their
fight for freedom, yet they refuse to read. There are numerous books
readily available at Borders, Barnes & Noble, and Amazon.com, not to
mention their own Black Bookstores that provide solid blueprints to
reach economic equality (which should have been their fight all along),
but few read consistently, if at all.

GREED is another powerful weapon of containment. Blacks, since the
abolition of slavery, have had large amounts of money at their disposal.
Last year they spent 10 billion dollars during Christmas, out of Their
450 billion dollars in total yearly income (2.22%). Any of us can use
them as our target market, for any business venture we care to dream up,
no matter how outlandish, they will buy into it. Being pri marily a
consumer people, they function totally by greed. They continually want
more, with little thought for saving or investing. They would rather
buy some new sneaker than invest in starting a business. Some even
neglect their children to have the latest Tommy or FUBU, and they still
think that having a Mercedes, and a big house gives them "Status" or
that they have achieved the American Dream. They are fools! The vast
majority of their people are still in poverty because their greed holds
them back from collectively making better communities. With the help of
BET, and the rest of their black media that often broadcasts destructive
images into their own homes, we will continue to see huge profits like
those of Tommy and Nike. Tommy Hilfiger has even jeered them, saying he
doesn't want their money, and look at how the fools spend more with him
than ever before). They'll continue to show off to each other while we
build solid communities with the profits from our businesses that we
    market to them.

SELFISHNESS, ingrained in their minds through slavery, is one of the
Major ways we can continue to contain them. One of their own, Dubois
said that there was an innate division in their culture. A "Talented
Tenth" he called it. He was correct in his deduction that there are
segments of their culture that has achieved some "form" of success.
However, that segment missed the fullness of is work. They didn't read
that the "Talented Tenth" was then responsible to aid the Non-Talented
Ninety Percent in achieving a better life, Instead, that segment has
created another class, a Buppie class that looks down on their people or
aids them in a condescending manner. They will never achieve what we
have. Their selfishness does not allow them to be able to work together
on any project or endeavor of substance. When they do get together,
their selfishness lets their egos get in the way of their goal. Their
so-called help organizations seem to only want to promote their name
without making any real change in their community. They are content to
sit in conferences and conventions in our hotels, and talk about what
they will do, while they award plaques to the best speakers, not the
best doers. Is there no end to their selfishness? They steadfastly
refuse to see that TOGETHER EACH ACHIEVES MORE (TEAM)! They do not
understand that they are no better than each other of what they own in
fact, most of those Buppies are but one or two paychecks away from
poverty. All of which is under the control of our pens in our offices
and our rooms. Yes, we will continue to contain them as long as they
refuse to read, continue to buy anything they want, and keep thinking
they are "helping" their communities by paying dues to organizations
which do little other than hold lavish conventions in our hotels. By
the way, don't worry about any of them reading this letter, remember,
THEY DON'T READ!!!! BLACKS DON'T READ"

    CONCENTRATION CAMPS BY HALIBURTON

Then your eye falls on a barely-noticed article in a local Southern California newspaper. You call the reporter, and he guides you to his reputable source. And the stomach-tickling fears start all over again, especially when--coincidentally--a Germanophile friend researching in the archives digs up the following from a Munich newspaper dated 1933.First, the American news item:
The federal government has awarded a $385 million contract for the construction of 'temporary detention facilities' inside the United States as part of the Immigration Service's Detention and Removal Program. The contract was given to Kellogg, Root & Brown, a subsidiary of Halliburton. The camps would be used in the event of an "emergency", said Jamie Zuieback, an Immigration service official.
The following article appeared in a Munich newspaper in 1933 to mark the "grand opening" of Dachau, Germany's first concentration camp. This month marks the 73d anniversary:
    Münchner Neueste Nachrichten,
    Tuesday, March 21, 1933
A Concentration Camp for Political Prisoners in the Dachau Area
In a statement to the press, Himmler, Munich's Chief of Police announced:
On Wednesday the first concentration camp will be opened near Dachau. It has a capacity of 5000 people. Here, all communist and-so far as is necessary- Reichsbanner and Marxist officials, who endanger the security of the state, will be assembled. In the long run, if government administration is not to be very burdened, it is not possible to allow individual communist officials to remain in court custody. On the other hand, it is also not possible to allow these officials their freedom again. Each time we have attempted this, the result was that they again tried to agitate and organize. We have taken these measures without concern for each pedantic objection encountered, in the conviction that we act to calm the concerns of the nation's people, and in accordance with their aims

    "Unbreakable"

Now I'm just wondering why you think
that you can get to me with anything
seems like you'd know by now when and how I get down
And with all that I've been through, I'm still around
pDon't you ever make no mistake baby I've got what it takes
And there's no way you'll ever get to me
Why can't you see that you'll never ever hurt me
cause I wont let it be, see I'm too much for you baby

You can't believe it, you can't conceive it
and you can't touch me, cause I'm untouchable
and I know you hate it, and you can't take it
You'll never break me, cause I'm unbreakable

Now you can't stop me even though you think
that if you block me, you've done your thing
and when you bury me underneath all your pain
    I'm steady laughin, while surfacing

Don't you ever make no mistake baby I've got what it takes
And there's no way you'll ever get to me
Why can't you see that you'll never ever hurt me
Cause I wont let it be, see I'm too much for you baby

You can try to stop me, but it wont do a thing
no matter what you do, I'm still gonna be here
Through all your lies and silly games
I'm a still remain the same, I'm unbreakable

STAND AGAINST THE WILES OF SATAN

Stand against the wiles of Satan

In The Name of Allah, The Beneficent, The Merciful.

    The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan
Your life is precious. All we have is the life that God gave us, but it is not more precious than the truth. It is not more precious than the principles that under-gird life—freedom, justice and equality.
I thank Allah (God) for all those who helped to create the beginning of a Movement. The Millions More Movement represents danger to those who have traditionally abused the masses. We were so completely thoroughly divided because of the impure motivations of those who lead us—wanting to be seen and not being effective; wanting material things but not wanting to be servants; wanting to be fed and clothed from the wool of the sheep, but not desirous of leading the sheep into green pastures.

Even if the unity on October 15 was false, the whole spectrum of Black thought came together on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. Never before in our history has every spectrum of thought from the Black community been represented in one place at one time.

What we did on that day must be countered by the enemies of our rise, because there is a law in physics: For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. What should we expect as the reaction of the forces of evil against our creation of a Movement?

The Millions More Movement has the potential of unseating powers that have traditionally kept us divided and poor people at each other’s throats, so that the rich can stay rich and in power. Our unity is the death knell of White supremacy and those who have a vested interest in White supremacy.

Many came to the rally without the thought of ending the power of our enemies; they were only desirous of creating a movement. They were thinking about ending our suffering as a people, but ending our suffering is ending the power of those who have caused us to suffer and keep us remaining in suffering. So we have to expect a reaction to what we did.

First, the enemy must sift us. The Bible says that Satan sifted Peter because Peter was to be the foundational stone of the Kingdom of God or the Church. Satan wanted to know the weaknesses of Peter, so he could attack the Kingdom through those weaknesses. So, the enemies of the Millions More Movement want to sift the leaders of this Movement to see where we are weak, so that they can come in through that weakness and destroy or divert the Movement from its intended goal.

In the Holy Qur’an, it reads: “And they plan, and Allah plans and Allah is the best of planners.” Satan always desires to turn people from their goals; wherever they are going that might benefit them to the detriment of Satan. His desire is to turn that person or that movement to his benefit. His function is to create confusion and division, and then see how people respond, and report back. So, in every organization, there is a Judas. In every family, there is someone that can be sifted against the family.

The Judas factor is that Judas seemed to have a problem with Jesus; Judas was a revolutionary and he believed Jesus was, too. That is why he came to Jesus’ side. But Jesus was very spiritual. As they neared the end of the term, Judas could not continue with Jesus because he felt that Jesus had betrayed the cause of the Jews by talking about a future kingdom, while Judas was looking for power in another way. He was being sifted and he was envious of his teacher.

My own ministers and helpers should check their hearts because secret thoughts manifest and Satan is not only listening to our telephone conversations and tapping our offices and homes. You cannot hide from him the secrets in your heart that you think no one knows and those secret councils that you have. Once Satan sifts a weakness, he expands and exploits it for the destruction of the individual and the person that individual envies, as well as the Movement in order to take it off its course. The enemy is also concerned about the future of movements that he has trouble turning; so he is patient enough to wait, if he cannot turn the leader, to see who of the disciples will be present after the leader is gone or dies that he can turn.

What is the disease in the heart that would make people stand with you, but not be with you? What is the disease in the heart that would make people agree that we need a movement that is good for the masses of our people but, in their heart, they say, “I don’t want this Brother to get the credit for it. I am going to stand with him with a smile on my face, but I am going to work against him with all my might”? The disease is envy. “Smiling faces sometimes tell lies.”

Some of us think that we should not have opposition. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad would say to us, “It is very easy to follow a man in the cool of the evening, but very difficult to follow a man in the heat of the day.” It is very easy to walk behind someone when you do not see the opposition and the power of the opposition, but when you see forces coming, you become afraid because you are not ready to make a stand for what you know is right. All the cowardice and weakness come out. Then, for your own personal safety, bank account, closeness to the enemy and any future plans that you have that include the enemy’s loving of you, you back away from something you know is right and in the best interest of our people. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad said, “Opposition is a vital, necessary component of the struggle.”

Satan does not have to come out of his hiding place until he sees his hiding place is threatened. Satan can always work through a group of dumb devils. He will make a devil in your house. Jesus says in the Bible that, “Two will be laying in the bed…” You can’t get any closer than that. Jesus continued, “He’ll take one and leave one,” because one is not worthy to be saved. The Bible says, “They of a man’s own household will be his worst enemy.” So, Satan has come in your house now. It could be your husband, wife, brother or sister. That is how Satan works. He comes into the heart of somebody close, so while you are busy fighting one that you never thought you would have to fight, Satan can continue ruling the world.

If you can get past all the things that Satan does to keep us at variance with one another, then you force Satan to come out of his hiding place, because now the line is drawn in the sand and the battle in the sky has begun.
The Millions More Movement drew the line in the sand. For the NAACP, Urban League, SCLC, Rainbow/PUSH, National Action Network to join with the National Black United Front, N’COBRA, Malcolm X Society, Five Percent Nation, New Black Panther Party, to join with the Socialists, Communists and fraternities, the enemy said, “They intend to be free.” The line is drawn in the sand. If Satan loses this battle, he loses power over the poor.

How will you know if the idea of our liberation is the right idea, except that the greatest force comes in opposition to the idea? If they win, the idea was weak or it was not the proper time. So opposition has to come against all those who say they are the exponents of the idea, since you all have joined me in support of the idea. The enemy wants to know how strong is your foundation. Can you survive if he puts the pressure on you?

The idea is tested, but the men and women who believe in and espouse that idea are also tested. If Satan can win, then we all lose, and will sentence our children and grandchildren to White rule forever, because we lacked the strength to stand up for an idea that is bigger than us all.

Galileo believed that the sun was the center of the universe, while the Church believed that the Earth was the center. Galileo spoke against what the Church believed, which meant that the Church would come against him. He compromised his belief because the Church was going to kill him. He was not willing to suffer death to advance his belief that the sun was the center of the universe. The Church later discovered that Galileo was right, but his memory is forever tainted because he was not willing to die for the truth.

Your life is precious. All we have is the life that God gave us, but it is not more precious than the truth. It is not more precious than the principles that under-gird life—freedom, justice and equality. So throughout history, people gave their lives for truth, freedom, justice and equality. Jesus Christ will always be honored and remembered, and people in every generation will try to follow his noble example because he not only issued a belief and was opposed for what he believed, but he was willing to suffer whatever it took and even go to death to establish what he believed. Not only was he that strong, but even those who were with him were put in an arena to face wild beasts, yet they would not recant their faith.

The Bible says, “When the wolf comes, the kind of shepherd who is not a shepherd but a hireling runs away and leaves the sheep.” All of us are going to be tested. Are you a hired hand that will only be there as long as there is some money or some personal gain? When persecution comes on behalf of what you say you believe, will you turn and run? We do not know how we are going to act until we are tested, so let us not be too quick to say what we will or will not do. Let us ask Allah (God) to make us strong enough to withstand the ferocity of the battle.
Since the battle lines have been drawn, how can we be sure that we are going to win? In the Bible, Paul said, “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.”

The enemy is always working, planning and plotting for you to do his dirty work. Since you did not do it, now he has to come out himself. Why not call Satan out since he is the power that rules this world? If Allah (God) is with me, then Satan cannot have me. So let’s call Satan out for the battle and find out where God is. I have no power, guns and carry no weapons. But we will beat this enemy without any weapons, because any weapon that we have, Satan has one bigger. I want to prove that God is present and it is God Who has drawn the battle lines. It is God who is calling Satan out against a people who appear to be defenseless in the midst of the tremendous power of the Satanic force that rules this world.

What kind of armor do you need in a battle with Satan? In the Bible, Paul says, “Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”
His wiles are tricks or strategies that he will use to ensnare and entrap us. Then, in the Book of Ephesians, Chapter 6, beginning with verse 10, Paul says, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities.” I want you to get a dictionary and study the root of the definitions of each word.

A “principality” is the position, territory or jurisdiction of a prince. Satan is the God of his world and he rules not just America, but the planet. Nine-tenths of it is under Satan’s power. There are rulers over territories because there are princes under Satan’s rule; he is the king and they are his princes.

Then Paul says “against the powers,” and power represents the ability to act or produce an effect; or one that has control or authority. The “wiles” represent “strategy to deceive and ensnare.” “Principalities” mean that when you come against power, he has power in all the territories and the ability to produce an effect against you wherever you go. So we are not warring against the small-scale conflict in the street; we are warring against principalities, against power.

Then Paul says, “against the rulers of the darkness of this world.” Who are the rulers? What kind of darkness? It is the darkness that controls Hollywood, the recording industry, media, publishing and the institutions of religion, education, politics and juris prudence. We are fighting powers and the rulers of the darkness of this world. If you are not under the rulers of darkness, then why are you not a child of the Light?
Then Paul says, “and against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Could this be referring to the Pope, the Archbishop of Canterbury, Rabbis in Jerusalem, Imams in Mecca or other spiritual leaders? Spiritual wickedness in high places means people you think are holy or who you believe has power with God.

Then Paul says, “Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day and having done all, stand.” What does it mean to stand? It means to take or be at rest in an upright or firm position. After they have done all they can, let them see you standing, being firm in your resolve to stand.

I am going to remain stationary because I know that the idea of a movement for the liberation of our people is right. The idea of the unity of all of us working for the benefit and uplift of the masses of our people is right. I am going to be unchanged and steadfast. I will be in a position of resistance and will endure. I will tolerate whatever you bring and will not bend. I will stand.

Stand for a government that believes in freedom, justice and equality for all. Stand. Die standing. The Bible says, “Blessed are those who die in the Lord.” Jesus said, “He who seeks to save his life will lose it. But he who is willing to lose his life for my sake shall find eternal life.” We are all walking toward that final destiny, death. To die in the Lord is to die in the idea of His truth, which is a liberator for all humanity and especially for His chosen people. We must be willing to die for that truth.

Then Paul says, “Therefore, having your loins gird about with truth.” When you are getting ready to fight, it is not about looking good in the gym, it is about preparing your heart to gird up your loins. At the end of the real battle, only one man will be standing—the one who had it deeper in the heart.

So the Bible says, “Gird your loins about with truth.” But if you do not know God, it is very difficult to be strong in that which you do not have the knowledge of. I would suggest that you get and read the book, “Message to the Black Man” by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. If you have read it, I would suggest that you read it again, because what the Honorable Elijah Muhammad taught, you can stand on every word. It is so real, that you can gird your loins with it.

While your loins are girded about with truth, Paul says to “put on the breastplate of righteousness.” Brothers and Sisters, you cannot live an indecent life, committing evil against one another, and claim to have on the breastplate of righteousness. A breastplate guards your vital organs: heart, lungs, pancreas, liver, etc. So, how can you withstand the battle with Satan if you are tricking one another, cheating, lying and stealing?
All of our wrongdoings must be put to the side because, if you are going to gird your loins with truth, the action on the basis of truth is righteousness. When you put on your breastplate, it will protect your heart, and the basis of a real good fight is to be right. When you are wrong, your nature will not make you strong. So, we must treat each other right. You do not have to lie, slander or backbite anyone. Do not go in your Sister’s house for her husband or in your Brother’s house for his wife, and stop scoping his daughters. We must try to treat each other like we would want to be treated.

Then Paul says, “and your feet shod with the preparation of the Gospel of peace.” You have to put something on your feet. If you do not know what the Good News is, then you are ill prepared for the battle, because you really do not know what you are fighting for. The Good News is about God’s Presence, choosing a people to be His own people and He will be their God. The promise is that He will make them the head, no more the tail, and the least He will make the most.

I believe that. I believe it is our time to rule. So since I believe the Gospel, I am prepared for the battle. Then Paul says, “Above all, take the shield of faith.” I was with the Honorable Elijah Muhammad one day at his table, when he said, “If 10,000 gathered outside my door, I would not be afraid, because that 10,000 do not have the power of the One who backs me.” Now, that is the shield of faith.

On another occasion, I was with him when he went to Washington, D.C., the same city where the FBI arrested him and sent him to jail for five years because they did not want him to teach the truth he was given, while America was prosecuting a war with Japan. When he returned to Washington, D.C. in 1959, I was at the airport when his plane landed. I was in the motorcade when they gave him a police escort down Pennsylvania Avenue, like a head of state. That day in the Uline Arena, he said, “There are 20 million of us. If 10 million of us lost our lives in the fight for freedom, 10 million would be alive to go free.” The point is that the loss of life is necessary in the battle for freedom, but we need the shield of faith.

Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. With faith, I can see the liberation of our people. I can see the day, even though it is not here yet. I can see us free. I can see us standing tall. I can see our brotherhood. I can see the love bursting forth between us. I can see our children going on to great heights. And if I can see it and I can believe it, then I can live and die to bring what I see into existence.
That is a goal that is worth fighting for. That is why the president and his staff had to sell the American people on a good and justifiable reason to go to war in Iraq. However, on the basis of a lie, American children are dying. The president implanted his false vision in the minds of the young soldiers.

The Millions More Movement is not guided by a false vision. Allah (God) is on the side of freedom. Allah (God) is on the side of justice. Allah (God) has always been on the side of the oppressed. All of the oppressed people, no matter how powerful their oppressor, are bound to go free. Do you believe it?

Then Paul says, “Take that shield of faith, wherewith you shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked and then put on the helmet of salvation. Protect your head with the wisdom that can save your life and with the sword of the spirit in your hand.” The Bible says, “not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit sayeth the Lord.”
Brothers and Sisters, I never think about carnal weapons. I always think about victory, because the victory is not with carnal weapons; it is with the Spirit of God.

We did not conquer on the Mall in 1995 or 2005 with a carnal weapon; we conquered with the spirit of truth and the spirit of our unity. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad said, “Our unity is more powerful than a hydrogen or atomic bomb.” We need to unite.

Believers, be prayerful, please. We must be prayerful in this hour and watch with all perseverance, because if our enemies cannot destroy the Movement from without, they are already sending agents to destroy the Movement from within. So, those of us who want the Movement, we must be clear on where the Movement is headed and do not deviate from that goal.

THE RISE AND FALL OF THE BRITISH EMPIRE

Where do we begin? At the beginning. Far from Britain being historically a never-ending line of tyrants and wayward rulers, Britain has been, to some degree at any rate, a parliamentary democracy that reigned in kings and queens and rulers, and was the first to have a popular revolution, under Cromwell, in Europe. The Englishmen who started the first serious forays into venture capitalism, were little more than pirates and adventurers who plundered the Spanish main, and wanted a slice of the wealth flowing out of the New World, of which ventures were often backed by Royal decree. Here begins the roots of the British Empire.

From ideas of empire rose the ideas of capitalism, free trade, enforced labour, rigid hierarchies, the criminalisation of the poor, and severe and almost unquestioned divides between those who had and those who did not have, both at home and abroad. That this process made many people seriously wealthy cannot be disproved, that it also made many many more people far worse off is, in reality, more important an issue to deal with.

That the legacies of empire are far reaching can be seen only too clearly in places like Ireland, Africa, India and much of the Middle East at this present time. It is when racism and prejudice are broached, that the Empire seems to come into its own; Ireland was the first serious attempt by the British Crown and Parliament, to begin a process of English colonisation, whose colonists would then take over the 'wilderness' of Ireland and use the land more profitably. The Irish were treated like the native 'Indians' a little later in America, as being 'in the way', nomads who were uncivilised, and, more importantly, who did not utilise, and particularly, did not 'own' the land they wandered. This is an important point to understand, and much rests on this 'belief', both in Ireland, America and much later Africa and other nations. The inference being, in English and British mindsets, that because nobody 'owned' the land, it was up for grabs. A simple point, but much laboured, and was the intellectual argument for such colonialism. The Englishman was a gentleman, the Irishman, and henceforth many other nationalities, was an uncivilised and uncultured brute. This 'excuse', compounded with other often faulty reasoning and intellectualising, was the reason why Englishmen sought to establish colonies that would make them enormous profits, buy themselves into the gentry, win fame and glory, and establish their names. Such ideas of civilisation and 'gentlemanliness' being used to excuse ethnic cleansing, land grabbing, slavery and untold injustices have their reflections in most if not all empires, and are seen clearest in the 'nazification' of early 20th century Germany; when notions of superior and inferior excused the most barbarous and evil of practises.

Africa only really became a serious issue to the Empire at the end of the 19th century, but for centuries prior to this, was a source of wealth for Britain and Europe, primarily because of the slave trade, but also as a market for European goods, and as another outpost of European colonialism from the early 1600's. According to Iggy Kim and Peter Boyle, in their article How the rich invented racism, racism has its historical roots in the development of capitalism. Slaves could be purchased cheaply and brought in unlimited numbers from Africa. In the racist mode of reasoning, the next logical step was to conclude that, somehow, blacks must have been "naturally" inferior to whites. Two other factors assisted the advance of racist ideas in the 19th century: the expansion of European capitalism to include huge colonial empires in Asia and Africa, and the development of early theories of human evolution. Gross manipulation of the latter helped justify the new global oppressive relations of imperialism.

    THE SLAVE TRADE

Four hundred years ago no negroes were to be found in this western hemisphere, we were to be found exclusively in Africa. Just about that time a large number of white people (called colonists) settled in America. They desired laborers to help them in the country's developement. They turned to Asia and were unable to use the yellow man. At that time a man named John Hawkins asked permission of Queen Elizabeth of England to take the blacks from Africa into her colonies of America and the west Indies and use them in their developement. The queen asked, "what consideration will you give them?" Hawkins said "they will be civilized and Christenized in the colonies, for in their own country they are savages and barbarians."

Under these pretenses the British Queen signed a charter empowering John Hawkins and others to remove from Africa millions of our fore-parents-men,women and cildren-who were sold in the slave markets of the Southern States of America and the West Indies. Parents were separated from children, husbands from wives. All scattered in this Western Hemisphere to work in the cotton fields of the Southern States of America and the sugar plantations of the West Indies.

The Negroes who were sold in the West Indies remained as slaves for two hundred and thirty years and those sold in America for two hundred and fifty years. The West Indian Negros were emancipated eighty five years ago by Queen Victoria of England, and the American Negroes fifty eight years ago by Abraham Lincoln.

We-the Negroes in this Western Hemisphere are descendants of those Africans who were enslaved and transported to these shores, where they suffered, bled and died to make us what we are today-Civilized Christian free men. Should we not , therefore, turn our eyes towards Africa, our ancestral home and free it from the thraldom of alien oppression and exploitation?

    Marcus Moriah Garvey

    UNIFICATION OR FRAGMENTATION

For years, decades and centuries, leaders have arisen among us who have fought, bled and died to see us united as a people.
Willie Lynch, a Caribbean plantation owner, developed a set of protocols that would ensure, if followed, that Black people—wherever we were found on the planet—would never be able to unite. (See Willie Lynch Letter)

So, these seeds of dissention and division have worked 100 percent to keep the former colonial and slave-master’s children in power over us. All that Willie Lynch advocated in 1712 continues until this very day.
Those who wish to maintain power and control over us are fearful of anything or anyone who might bring unity to a fragmented people. So every leader who showed such ability or skill was castigated, evil spoken of, falsely accused, imprisoned, beaten or killed, only for us to later learn how valuable they were, male and female, to our advancement as a people.

From the time that I was a little boy, I hungered to see us as a united people. When I heard the voice of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and Malcolm X, I believed that the Teachings that they presented would be a unifying force for all of our people. However, in our lack of understanding of the universal nature of His Message, we were not permitted with our limited understanding to unite the whole of our people, but we were successful in uniting a segment of our people, to produce the Nation of Islam as an example of what a united people could produce in the way of providing for our necessities of life.

The Honorable Elijah Muhammad called for a united front of Black leaders and organizations to plan the uplift of all of our fallen people. Kwame Ture, also known as Stokley Carmichael, carried the theme of a United African Front and worked to produce this to the end of his days.

I am so thankful to Almighty Allah (God) for the words that He caused me to write and say that have become the basis for the call of the 10th Anniversary of the Million Man March and the creation of the Millions More Movement.
For the first time in our history, those of us of different ideologies, philosophies, methodologies, denominations, sects and religions, political and fraternal affiliations have come together to create the Millions More Movement. Each of us, who have agreed to work together for the benefit of the whole of our people, have said from our particular platforms, based on our beliefs and understanding or the lack thereof, words that have offended members of our own people and others; and our ideology, philosophy, religion and pronouncements may have hurt the ears and sentiments of others outside of our community. Therefore, this has kept us working inside of our own circles with those who think as we think or believe as we believe. As a result, some of us would never appear on the same stage with one another, for fear of being hurt by association with those with whom we have serious disagreements.

The Millions More Movement is challenging all of us to rise above the things that have kept us divided in the past, by focusing us on the agenda of the Millions More Movement to see how all of us, with all of our varied differences, can come together and direct our energy, not at each other, but at the condition of the reality of the suffering of our people, that we might use all of our skills, gifts and talents to create a better world for ourselves, our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

I cannot fault a Christian pastor for standing on his platform to preach what he believes, nor a Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu or a member of any religious or political party. All of us must be true to what we earnestly believe. I cannot fault a gay or lesbian person who stands on their platform to preach what they believe of self and how the world should view them. Although what we say on our platform may, in some way, be offensive to others, we must not allow painful utterances of the past or present, based on sincere belief, or based on our ignorance, or based on our ideology or philosophy to cripple a movement that deserves and needs all of us—and, when I say all, I mean all of us. We must begin to work together to lift our people out of the miserable and wretched condition in which we find ourselves.

Let us remember in this process that not one of us is qualified to judge the other, for none of us fully understands the circumstances, conditions and realities of each other’s lives that make us to think and act as we think. Therefore, Allah (God) alone is our judge.

It is written in the scripture, “Judge not, that ye be not judged.” (Matthew 7:1) Jesus again instructed us, “How canst thou say to thy brother, let me pull out the mote that is in thine eye, when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote that is in thy brother’s eye.” (Luke 6:42)

WE GO UP OR DOWN TOGETHER

Either we go up Together or we go down Together

" WHO IS IT THAT IS SUPPOSED TO ARTICULATE THE LONGINGS AND ASPIRATIONS OF THE PEOPLE MORE THAN THE PREACHER"

Its alright to talk about " long white robes over yonder," in all its symbolism. But ultimately people want some suits and dresses and shoes to wear down here. Its alright to talk about "streets flowing with milk and honey," but God has commanded us to be concerned about the slums down here, and his children who can't eat three square meals aday. Its alright to talk about the New Jerusalem. But one day, God's preachers must talk about the new New York, the New Atlanta, the New Philadelphia, the new Los Angeles, the new Memphis, Tennessee. This is what we have to do.

Now the other thing we'll have to do is this. Always anchor our external direct action with the power of economic withdrawal. Now ,we are poor people, individually, we are poor when you compare us with white society in America. We are poor. Never stop and forget that collectively, that means all of us together, collectively we are richer than all the nations in the world, with the exception of nine. Did you ever think about that? After you leave the United states, Soviet Russia, Great Briton, West Germany, France, and I could name the others, the negro collectively is richer than most nations of the world. We have an annual income of more than thirty billion dollars a year, which is more than the exports of the United States and more than the national budget of Canada. Did you know that? That's power right there, if we know how to pool it.

We dont have to argue with anybody. We dont have to curse and go around acting bad with our words, We dont need any bricks and bottles, we dont need molotov cocktails . We just need to go around to these stores and to these massive industries in our coountry, and say, "God sent us by here, to say to you that you're not treating his children right. And we've come by here to ask you to make the first item on your agenda-fair treatment , where God's children are concerned. Now, if you are not prepared to do that, we do have an agenda that we must follow. And our agenda calls for withdrawing economic support from you."

And so , as a result of this, we are asking you tonight, to go out and tell your neighbors not to buy coca cola in Memphis. Go by and tell them not to buy Sealtest Milk. Tell them not to buy--what is that bread?--Wonder Bread. And what is the other bread company, Jesse? Tell them not to buy Hart's Bread. As Jesse Jackson has said , up to now , only the garbage men have been feeling pain; now we must redistribute the pain. We are choosing these companies because they haven't been fair in their hiring policies; and we are choosing them because they can begin the process of saying they are going to support the needs and the rights of these men who are on strike. And then they can move on downtown and tell Mayor Loeb to do what is right.

But not only that we've got to strengthen black institutions. I call upon you to take your money out of the banks downtown and deposit your money in Tri-State Bank--we want a "bank-in" movement in Memphis. So go by the savings and loan association. I'm not asking you to do something that we don't do at SCLC. Judge Hooks and others will tell you that we have an account here in the savings and loan association from the Southern Christian Leadership Conference. We're just telling you to follow what we're doing. Put your money there. You have six or seven black insurance companies in Memphis. Take out your insurance there. We want an "insurance-in."

Now there are some practical things we can do. to begin the process of building a greater economic base. And at the same time, we are putting pressure where it really hurts. I ask you to follow through here.

Now, let me say as I move to my conclusion that we've got to give ourselves to this struggle until the end. Nothing would be more tragic than to stop at this point, in Memphis. we've got to see it through. And when we have our march, you need to be there. BE CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR BROTHER. You may not be on strike . But either we go up together or we go down together.

"Somehow the preacher must be an Amos, and say, "Let justice roll down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream." Somehow the preacher must say with Jesus. "The spirit of the lord is upon me , because he hath sent me to deal with problems of the poor."

    CONNIE BURTON UNDER ATTACK. WHY?

Connie Burton, Voice of the Working Class Community Under Attack !
"Straight Talk " Removed from WMNF (88.5 FM) Radio (Tampa,Fl)! WHY ?

For 25 years WMNF 88.5 "community Radio" has existed inside the African community and has proven itself to be a disrespectful quest.
How, you may ask? In 1967, based off of the brutality suffered by, the murder of and sacrifices of African Workers in the Civil Rights and Black Power Movement, Congress passed the " Public Broadcast Act" to quarantee the rights of local communities to have independent media.
AS usual, our struggle benefitted white folks, because now they own and control the community stations. Sure, they will let you hear gospel, reggae, jazz and hip hop sounds but when it comes time for the black community to speak in our own interests, they draw the line.
For 9 years, every sunday I have hosted a program that was honest and direct. I identified the condition of our people and identified those who are responsible such as the Mayor and the puppet black leaders who want to profit from our suffering. The white management of WMNF(88.5 FM) insists that our solution should depend on them. That's why they have attempted to control who can be heard on WMNF(88.5 FM).
This generation of White bosses is no different than their forefathers. To oppose the black freedom and independence message of "Straight Talk" the white management brought in Otis Anthony, the former assistant to Mayor Sandy Freeman. They gave him a 2 hour show aimed at keeping the black community in the hands of white rulers, the Democratic Party. Their message is "dont struggle, just vote
I am unbought and unbossed. My commitment is to the freedom, of Black/African people. We demand power over our own lives, and thats not what the White bosses wanted to hear. We will continue to make our demand for the reinstatement of "Straight Talk" and call on everyone in our community to join us in winning that demand.
Straight Talk News is here to stay.

    MAN KNOW THYSELF

    MAN KNOW THYSELF

For man to know himself is for him to feel that for him there is no human master. For him nature is his master, and whatsoever he wills in nature that shall be his reward. If he wills to be pygmy serf or a slave, that shall he be. If he wills to be a real man in possession of the things common to man, then he shall be his own sovereign.

When man fails to grasp his authority he sinks to the level of the lower animals, and whatsoever the real man bids him do, even as if it were of lower animals, that much shall he do. If he says "go." He goes. If he says "come," he comes. By this command he performs the functions of life even as by a similar command the mule, the horse, the cow perform the will of their masters.

For the last four hundred years the Negro has been in the position of being commanded even as the lower animals are controlled. Our race has been without a will; without a purpose of its own, for all this length of time. Because of that we have developed few men who are able to understand the strenuousness of the age in which we live.

Where can we find in the race of ours real men. Men of character, men of purpose, men of confidence, men of faith, men who really know themselves? I have come across so many weaklings who profess to be leaders, and in the test i have found them but the slave of the nobler class. They perform the will of their masters without question.

To me a man has no master but God. Man in his authority is a sovereign lord. As for the individual man, so as the individual race. This feeling make man so courageous, so bold, as to make it impossible for his brother to intrude upon his rights. So few of us can understand what it takes to make a man-the man who will never say die; the man who will never give up; the man who will never depend on others to do for him what he ought to do for himself; the man who will not blame God, who will not blame nature, who will not blame fate for his condition; but the man who will go out and make conditions to suit himself. Oh how disgusting life becomes when on every hand you hear people ,who bear your image; who bear your resemblance, telling you that they cannot make it; that fate is against them; that they cannot get a chance. if approx. 1,000,000,000 Negros can only get to know themselves, to know that in them is a sovereign power, is an authority that is absolute, then in the next twenty-four hours we would have a new race, we would have a nation, an empire, resurrected, not from the will of others to see us rise,-but from our own determination to rise, irrespective of what the world thinks.

    DOES BLACK LEADERS HINDER PROGRESS

" woe to the pastars that destroy and scatter my sheep," saith the Lord.

Some Blacks have come a long way as individuals, but i question how far Blacks have come as a race of people,a collective. Every lunch counter in America is open to Blacks today. We no longer have to sit on the back of the bus, and restaurants welcome us with open arms.

Corporate America has cracked its glass ceiling to us and we live all over. For many Blacks there has been a dawning of a new day. But, to the Black race, the collective, not much has changed. Far too many members of the Black race do not get the opportunity to experience these changes.

For many Blacks, hotels, restaurants, neighborhoods might as well still be segregated. These Blacks dont have the resources to avail themselves to these open doors. Far too many Blacks dont make a livable wage that is so vital to experience these new opportunities.

Today, more than at any time in history, we have more Black leaders. We have Black leaders on every level of government. They sit at tables where the laws are being made, decisions that effect the lives of poor Blacks and money is being designated to be spent. The question is, why aren't Blacks getting a bigger slice of the pie?

I have begun to wonder whether or not the present Black leadership is hindering the progress of the race of Black people. I have begun to wonder if the present Black leadership are more interested in promoting their image than they are in promoting the interest of Black people.

I find myself wondering this because i dont see enough unity among Black leaders. I wonder this because i dont see enough Black leaders working together on common Black issues. I wonder this because it appears the present Black leadership is too willing to settle for crumbs as individuals than go for a large piece of the pie as leaders of the Black race.

It has been said that there is strength in numbers. Apparently, Blacks have not learned that yet. I have heard from reliable sources that there are members of the State Legislative Black Caucus and the Congressional Black Caucus that have absolutely nothing to do with their caucus.

It seems to me that Black leaders spend too much time trying to out-do other Black leaders. Wake up folks . Look at the condition of so many Black people and their neighborhoods. How far have they come in this new day of opportunity?

i just wonder if black leaders are doing the best that can be done for Black people?

"My people are lost sheep. Their shepherds(leaders) have caused them to go astray. They have turned them away on the mountains. They have gone from mountain to hill(good to bad)."

    THE SEAT OF THE PROBLEM

The "educated Negroes" have the attitude of contempt for their own people because in their schools Negroes are taught to admire the Hebrew, the Greek, the Tueton and to despise the African. Of the hundreds of Negroe high schools recently examined by an expert in the United States Bureau of Education only eighteen offer a course taking up the history of the Negro, and in most of the Negro colleges and universities where the Negro is thought of, the race is studied only as a problem or dismissed as of little consequence.

The thought of the inferiority of the Negro is drilled into him in almost every class he enters and in almost every book he studies. If he happens to leave school after he masters the fundamentals, before he finishes high school or reaches college , he will naturally escape some of this bias and may recover in time to be of service to his people.

As another has well said , to handicap a student by teaching him that his black face is a curse and that his stuggle to change his condition is hopeless is the worst sort of lynching. It kills ones aspirations and dooms him to vagabondage and crime. It is strange , then, that the friends of truth and the promoters of freedom have not risen up against the present propaganda in the schools and crushed it. This crusade is much more important than the anti-lynching movement, because there would be no lynching if it did not start in the schoolroom. Why not exploit, enslave, or exterminate a class that everybody is taught to regard as inferior?

When a negro has finished his education in our schools, then, he has been equipped to begin the life of an Americanized of Europeanized white man, but before he steps from the threshold of his alma mater he is told by his teachers that he must go back to his own people from whom he has been estranged by a vision of ideals which in his disillusionment he will realize that he cannot attain. He goes forth to play his part in life, but he must be both social and bisocial at the same time. while he is a part of the body politic, he is in addition to this a member of a particular race to which he must restrict himself in all matters social. While serving his country he must serve within a special group. While being a good American, he must above all things be a "good Negro"; and to perform this definite function he must learn to stay in a "Negroes place".

For the Arduous task of serving a race thus handicapped, however, the Negro graduate has had little or no training at all.

    The seat of the trouble.........

    BLACK PROGRESS. HOW MUCH?

    Black American progress
While it is true that, considering the walls of segregation having been torn down, Blacks have made considerable social progress in this nation since the 1960's. But, looking at the economic and criminal justice side of the ledger there is much to be desired where the progress of Black Americans is concerned. By any measure, there are more African Americans incarcerated in correctional institutions across the nation today than at any time in history. It is true that better than one-third(1/3) of the Black Males from 17-44 years of age, are wards of state, having been incarcerated or in custody at some time or another in their short lives. I do believe that the state attorney's office sends more Blacks to state correctional institutions, annually, than the senior high schools, combined , sends to colleges in any given year.

It is safe to say that only about 10% of the Black population is part of the "inclusion" , by any decent measure, including economic and educational achievements.

It is most difficult for so called Black leaders to be authors of progress for the Black masses when they dont have such economic-social information about their people.

Another point which must be made is that good jobs for blacks must not be created in those positions used to keep the Black masses under control. Black educators must be used and hired as good teachers who help Black students, not who serve as "flunkies" for principles who are there to be "control" freaks. The few good jobs Blacks seem to get out of the system are inadvertently used to curtail the developement and progress of the Black masses.

W.E.B. DUBOIS-Betrayed by the Black Intellectual

"A disciple is not above his teacher and a slave is not above his lord." Yeshua(Jesus)

The Russian Revolution of 1917 illuminated and made clear the change in his (Dubois) basic thought. The revolution concerned itself with the problem of poverty. "Russia
was trying to put into the hands of those people who do the world's work the power to guide and rule the state for the best welfare of the masses." DuBois' trip to Russia in 1927, his learning about Marx and Engles, his seeing the beginning of a new nation form with regard to class, prompted him to say–"My day in Russia was the day of communist beginnings."

"He could no longer support integration as present tactics and relegated it to a long range goal. Unable to trust white politicians, white capitalists of white workers he invested everything in the segregated socialized economy." (Shades of Washingtonianism?) His ideology carried over to his editorials in the Crisis magazine.

By 1930 he had become thoroughly convinced that the basic policies and ideals of the NAACP must be modified and/or discarded. There were two alternatives:
Change the board of directors of the NAACP (who were mostly white) so as to substitute a group which agreed with his program. OR......

    LEAVE THE ORGANIZATION.

By 1933 DuBois decided his financial, organizational and ideological battles with the NAACP were unendurable, and he recommended that the Crisis suspend its operation. (The Crisis magazine, however, is still in existence today.)
He resumed his duties at Atlanta University and there upon completed two major works. His book Black Reconstruction dealt with the socio-economic development of the nation after the Civil War. This masterpiece portrayed the contributions of the Black people to this period, whereas before, the Blacks were always portrayed as disorganized and chaotic. His second book of this period, Dusk of Dawn, was completed in 1940 and expounded his concepts and views on both the African's and African American's quest for freedom.

As in years past, DuBois never relented in attacks upon imperialism, especially in Africa. (His book entitled The World and Africa was written as a contradiction to the pseudo-historians who consistently omitted Africa from world history.) In 1945 he served as an associate consultant to the American delegation at the founding conference of the United Nations in San Francisco. He charged the world organization with planning to be dominated by imperialist nations and not intending to intervene on the behalf of colonized countries. He announced that the fifth Pan-African Congress would convene to determine what pressure could be applied to the world powers.

This conference was dotted with an all-star cast:
Kwame Nkruma–dedicated revolutionary, father of Ghanian independence, and first president of Ghana.
George Padmore–an international revolutionary, often called the "Father of African Emancipation," who later became Kwame Nkrumah's advisor on African Affairs.
Jomo Kenyatta–called the "burning Spear," reputed leader of the Mau Mau uprising, and first president of independent Kenya.

The congress elected DuBois International President and cast him a "Father of Pan-Africanism."
Thus, "W.E.B. DuBois entered into his last phase as a protest propagandist, committed beyond a single social group to a world conception of proletarian liberation."

    Alienation:
Always antagonizing and making guilty groups feel extremely uncomfortable, he wrote in 1949: "We want to rule Russia and cannot rule Alabama." As s member of the left-wing American Labor Party he wrote: "Drunk with power, we (the U.S.) are leading the world to hell in a new colonialism with the same old human slavery, which once ruined us, to a third world war, which will ruin the world."
As the chairman of the Peace Information Center, he demanded the outlawing of atomic weapons. The Secretary of State denounced it as Soviet propaganda. Jumping at the chance to quiet "that old man," the U.S. Department of Justice ordered DuBois and others to register as agents of a "foreign principal." DuBois refused and was immediately indicted under the Foreign Agents Registration Act. Sufficient evidence was lacking, therefore DuBois was acquitted. The subversive activity initiated by the U.S. government acted as a catalyst in the alienation DuBois already felt for the present system. His feelings were heard around the world in 1959. While in Peking he told a large audience–"In my own country for nearly a century I have been nothing but a NIGGER." By the time the U.S. press published the account, he was residing in Ghana; an expatriate from the United States. President Nkruma welcomed DuBois and asked him to direct the government-sponsored Encyclopedia Africana. The offer was accepted graciously and a year later, in the final months of his life, DuBois became a Ghanian citizen and an official member of the Communist party.

    Free At Last:
On August 27,1963, on the eve of the March On Washington, DuBois died in Accra, Ghana.
His role as a pioneering Pan-Africanist was memorialized by the few who understood the genius of the man and neglected by the many who were afraid that his loquacious espousals would unite the oppressed throughout the world into revolution.

(note: U.S. did not send a delegate to his funeral.)

"Woe to you scribes and pharasees(Black intellectual class), HYPOCRITES!
because you give the tenth of the mint and the dill and the cummin(money) but you have disregarded the weightier matters of the law, namely, justice and mercy." " Blind guides."
